Enters Homestretch
Late July finds the Fair Oaks Rotary's own Jim Cralle heading into the final weeks of the Chamber of Commerce's Honorary Mayor's race hoping his Night at the Races fun(d)raiser will put him over the top in his contest against Keith Wright, Executive Director of the Orangevgale-Fair Oaks Food Bank. In a display of Rotary fairness, Keith was the speaker at the Rotary's July 16 meeting. The mayoralty is awarded to the candidate who raises the most money for a non-profit of their choice, making her or him the "Best Mayor Money Can Buy".
