Browning Out; Vincent In
In the usual (un)ceremonious fashion, the Rotary Club of Fair Oaks demoted 2018-19 President Anne Browning back into the ranks and elevated Bruce Vincent to the august position of Club President. The event was remarkable due to the appearance of a motley group of male dancers called the RotaRoosters; due to the family nature of this website, their photo was ruled inappropriate. As a parting message, Anne gave an eloquent and moving commentary on the Four Way Test. The club now eagerly awaits the application of engineering principles to the running of the club. Thanks for a great year, Anne, and hooray, Bruce!
