Our speaker will be Peggy Perez, a fitness, health and nutrition coach who will discuss how to age well by taking care of your mind and body. Peggy is one of our newer members of our Club & we look forward to her sharing tips on aging...advice we ALL can use! Menu: Chicken Marsala, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Veggies, Salad, Rolls 6:00pm Doors Open 6:30pm Dinner 7:00pm Meeting Begins.

This organization fosters children by advocating for safe and permanent homes, identifying and addressing urgent needs, and developing permanent connections within communities to ensure that support will continue even after a youth has left foster care.
